Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Position Summary
We are looking for Technical Lead who will be responsible for orchestrating complex application development across the full lifecycle of development from concept to postproduction support and maintenance of server / OS / desktop / web / mobile applications and services. The lead will develop application code, contribute to and manage version-controlled
source code repositories, and will manage assigned tasks to create measurable value and deliver software to market using industry-recognized agile methodologies and best practices. The technical lead will contribute to the prescribed standards and guidelines and will act as a consultant to the architects and leadership teams and must demonstrate quality, brevity, and timeliness in all deliverables. This position will be in our Pune Office.
A Day in the Life

Develop application code according to requirements and assigned tasks.

Contribute to lifecycle Flow and value streams by following and prescribing methodologies and best practices.

Mentor and coach junior development team members.

Solve the most difficult software development challenges.
- Maintain balance of business and technical acumen in decision making.

Contribute to source-code management and work item tracking best practices.

Contribute to the estimation process during planning exercises.

Provide consultation to development management team.

10+ years of professional experience performing software development.-
2+ years of professional experience performing quality analysis tightly coupled to the software development process.
-
2+ years of professional experience performing software development architecture activities and setting direction.

Experience with planning and creating automated testing is a must
-
Experience with setting up and starting the automation testing program for a team is a must.

Comprehensive knowledge of the following:
o C#, .NET (Standard and Core)
o JavaScript, AngularJS or React, HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap
o Relational Databases (SQL Server preferred), including stored procedures
o Web Services (SOAP, XML, JSON, REST)
o ASP.NET MVC and Web API -
Master knowledge of toolsets such as:
o QA Tools: Selenium, SoapUI, Mercurial, Test Complete or like
o Source Control: Git or like
o Work Request Systems: TFS, Jira -
Experience in the cloud (Azure / Google / AWS) is a must.

Experience in Microservice is a must

React or any UI technology good to have

Knowledge of AWS - Container, ECS, Kubernetes, Queuing mechanism – Apache Kafka, Docker

Experience with porting applications from Classic ASP to modern architecture is a plus.

Experience with writing automated tests and building an automation framework

SDLC Methodologies: Agile, Scrum, use of architectural patterns/frameworks

Ability to collaborate, validate and prioritize requirements for projects and request

Ability to properly assess and articulate risk

Master’s degree in Computer Science or relevant Engineering degree.
