Job Description
- Maintaining business relations with existing customers.
- Coordination with Existing customers for previously supplied units and finding business opportunities.
- Meeting End customers and providing energy-efficient solutions.
- Generation of retrofit enquiries for replacement of components.
- Securing service/retrofit sales and achieving targets as set by the company
- Ensuring timely & Quality service to the clients…
- Payment tracking and collection as per payments terms and conditions and collection of Old receivables.
- Maintaining PR with HVAC consultants / End users / Plant Users.
- Coordination with HVAC consultants and Govt. Officials to elaborate them about the products & latest developments in the field of HVAC.
- Raise the quotations to the clients after receiving the enquiries from them.
- Follow-ups with the clients to get the updates over the quoted projects.
- Final negotiations with the clients for closing the deals.
- Technical submission after finalization of the job.
- This profile involves complete techno-commercial responsibility of booked projects and related processes.
