Ø Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Ø Performing benefits administration
Ø Maintaining affirmative action programs
Ø Overseeing recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job ads
Ø Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counselling
Ø Overseeing exit interviews
Ø Maintaining department records and reports
Ø Participating in administrative staff meetings
Ø Maintaining company directory and other organizational charts
