Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant at Colin Osborne Enterprises, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our business activities. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including administrative support, graphic design using tools like Canva, data administration, basic design tasks, and more.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize emails, calendars, and appointments for Colin Osborne.
- Assist with travel arrangements, reservations, and itineraries.
- Handle general office tasks and document management.
Graphic Design:
- Create visually appealing graphics and visuals using Canva.
- Design marketing materials, social media posts, and presentations.
- Maintain brand consistency in all design work.
Data Administration:
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets.
- Generate reports and perform data analysis as required.
- Assist in managing company files and documents.
Basic Design Skills:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create simple design elements for various projects.
- Edit images and graphics to meet specific project requirements.
- Ensure high-quality design work aligned with project goals.
General Virtual Assistant Tasks:
- Manage and respond to emails on behalf of Colin Osborne.
- Conduct online research and gather information as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks to support Colin Osborne's business endeavors.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Canva.
- Basic design skills and a keen eye for aesthetics.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar, etc.).
- Highly reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Previous experience in data administration is a plus.
Trial Period:
Candidates selected for this position will be required to work on a trial basis to demonstrate their capabilities and fit within our organization.
