Key Responsibilities

Codal is searching for an experienced React Native developer, a software engineer who specializes in the mobile app framework. With unmatched expertise in mobile app development, our ideal candidate will create rich, interactive front-end solutions that fulfill our clientele’s requirements. In addition to superior React Native skills, applicants must be extremely well-versed in using HTML, CSS, and Javascript to create both adaptive and responsive digital solutions.

They must possess superior communication & collaboration skills, as they will directly interact with development teams, UX designers, information architects, project managers, and business analysts. Working at the intersection of design & technology, they must be able to actualize a creative vision through informed technical implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Codal’s resident React Native expert, specializing in all facets of the framework
• Collaborate with the UX and UI design teams to produce seamless, robust, and innovative front-end user experiences
• Work closely with project managers to address client requests
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, and be able to address their specific needs and requirements at a moment’s notice
• Understand business needs that drive project features & functions and provide internal consultation

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a similar field
• 2+ years of experience developing within the React Native framework
• 2+ years of experience in front-end technologies including, but not limited to, JavaScript, AJAX, HTML, CSS, SASS, XML
• Superb troubleshooting & debugging skills
• Interest in staying current and applying the most current best practices
• Able to work effectively in a fluid, fast-paced environment
• Disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance
