What We Need: Business Development Representative; Account Management experience is a plus!
Rate: $8/hr + Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Use prospecting strategies to lead initial outreach to prospects
Schedule discovery meetings for prospective clients
Qualify leads from lead generation and campaigns as sales opportunities
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business and increase revenue
Understand the needs of each potential client and tailor our pitch to their specific needs
Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing excellent customer service and identifying new opportunities for them
Set and meet sales targets and quotas
Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive, or similar role
Native English speaker
Excellent communication verbal and written
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experienced with CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
Familiarity with Google Sheets (or MS Excel) (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field
