Performing research tasks including creating company briefings/client bios for internal/external meetings
Extracting financial reports for key clients from the financial database, MIRA
Running reports on and assisting with InterAction
Maintaining relevant database systems for capturing deal information and playing a lead role in key league table submissions. Tracking the financial results of US law firms, as reported in the legal trade media from February through April each year
Collating and updating partner and associate CVs and maintaining a centralised CV library for the Americas offices
Supporting the production of marketing materials such as brochures and contact cards
Engaging with internal Clifford Chance teams, to extract relevant information required for the task/activity
Supporting the pitching pipeline process through recording pitches and helping track opportunities
Maintaining process trackers like Awards, Weekly Am Law and Mansfield for practice teams
Production of client briefings and other client communications, including formatting, reviewing, creating mailing lists and posting to the public website
Liaising with the Americas team and central Directories team to maintain and manage the regional directories and awards process
Produce directory ranking reports for CMD managers to use in pitches
Coordinating the process of sending out event vmails with the Vx support team, coordinating the general update and production of handouts, monitoring RSVPS, identifying potential venues and providing general competitor analysis in respect of similar events in the market.
Support ad-hoc requests from CMD managers
Provide support during migration from MIS and GPD, to Foundation.
Skills and experience:
Superb English language skills (oral and written).
Excellent attention to detail, with strong editing and proofing abilities.
Strong project management, organisational and planning skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects, meet deadlines and respond quickly to requests, which have a short turnaround time.
Self-starter, highly motivated, and committed to high performance.
Adaptable, confident, able to "own your space" with maturity, to directly interact with senior stakeholders.

Bachelor/Master's degree from a reputed institute
5-7 years of work experience in a professional services, matrix organisation, partnership or large corporate environment
