Position Overview
Provides support as a subject matter expert in an enterprise IT environment. Enhances the Messaging, Collaboration & Active Directory system infrastructure by developing, testing, and implementing new functions and improvements to the current environments, whether on-premises or in the cloud. Troubleshoots to resolve end-user messaging and connectivity issues in a timely and accurate fashion.
