Citibank® Commercial Cards offers card-based payment solutions to large corporations and federal and state governments for the procurement of goods and services as well as travel, entertainment, and fleet related expenses. Commercial Cards' strategic objective is to compete and differentiate on the basis of global capability and customized solutions for high-value customers.
Role Description:
We are seeking for QA Analyst for Commercial Card’s testing team with rich amount of experience in Commercial / Consumer Credit Cards domain. The successful candidate will interact with development, testing, and production support teams, as well as other departments within Citigroup (such as the System Administrators, Database Administrators, Data Centre Operations, and Change Control groups) for TTS commercial.
Job Description
The QA End to End Analyst support delivery of complex products. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area, contributes to standards around which others will operate. Requires deep understanding of testing processes and tools. Should be able to envision and strategize Testing Automation Roadmap and execute upon the same. Should have proven track record of performing Testing Automation with notable achievements in terms of Zero Touch Automation, Test Data Harvesting, Induction of Industry Leading Tools and Automation Frameworks. Should be an Innovator and Change Catalyst who can imbibe Automation in the DNA of the organization. Technical Expertise in Java and Selenium is preferred. Implement Automation framework to accelerate regression and Functional / In-Sprint Automation.
Need to present communication and diplomacy skills in order to guide, influence and convince others, in particular colleagues across functional/scrum teams. Responsibility includes support for high volume validation, best in class quality and timely delivery of end results.
Responsibilities:
Supports initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production. Testing specialists who work with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.
Conducts a variety of moderately complex process monitoring, product evaluation and audit assignments; reports issues and makes recommendations for solutions.
Ensures project standards and procedures exist, are fully clearly documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle; makes recommendations for enhanced documentation.
Monitors products for conformance to standards; monitors processes for conformance to procedures.
Documents findings and performs preliminary root causes analyses to provide recommended improvements.
Ensures all corrective actions are assigned, documented and completed.
Verifies traceability in project work products.
Gathers, maintains and creates reports on quality metrics.
Exhibits good understanding of procedures and concepts within own technical area and a basic knowledge of these elements in other areas.
Requires basic understanding of how own area integrates within IT Quality to achieve objectives.
Makes evaluative judgments based on the analysis of factual information; resolves problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and guided by precedents.
Directly impacts the business by ensuring the quality of work provided by self and others; impacts own team and closely related work teams.
Provides informal guidance to new team members.
Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
2-5 years Quality Assurance (QA) experience in the Financial Service industry preferred
Strong Commercial / Consumer Credit Cards domain knowledge with 2-5 years of experience.
Design/Architect test automation framework and develop the new test automation libraries; Tool : Selenium/Postman/Rest Assured/Lean FT-FINSIM/Testing Framework: Cucumber-Test Ng-FAST.
Support automation of Test Data Management for Credit cards
Exposure to NFT is preferred
Experience in requirement reviews & able to identify, communicate and document discrepancies.
Understanding of QA within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
Exposure in Service Test automation and Service Virtualization
Good exposure to Microservices architecture
Exposure to AI and Machine Learning is preferred
Demonstrated logical analysis skills, attention to detail and problem-solving Proven ability to work to deadlines.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
QA Experience in defining, designing & executing test cases

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
