Experience: 3+ years

Salary: 10 Lacs - 15 Lacs Per Annum

Responsibilities include:
Coordinate the installation of endpoint protection software.
Develop configuration settings and policies in line with agreed security level standards.
Handling escalations related to endpoint security products.
Research and recommend changes, improvements and upgrades to our endpoint security.
Opportunity to work on other security related projects and initiatives.
Contribute ideas towards how endpoint security incident response is managed.
Test and clearly communicate changes being made to the environment.
Organise and maintain documentation.
Create reports on issues and the effectiveness of the endpoint security solution.
Resolve and improve the environment to address any issues discovered.
Keeping abreast of developments in the field of security.
Collaborate regularly with our global cross-functional teams.

Required Skills:
Expert knowledge of at least 1 enterprise level Antivirus suite
Basic understanding of systems and networks
High level of attention to detail
Multi-tasking and prioritising skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to create and maintain clear documentation
Ability to problem solve in situations of ambiguity
Proactive attitude towards work
Driven & self-motivated

Preferred (not essential)

Experience in managing Kaspersky Security Centre
Certifications if any in Information Security
