COVID Vaccination Requirement for Candidates Seeking Employment: Carbon Health, as both a healthcare provider and a federal contractor, is subject to certain laws, regulations and orders requiring its workforce to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and its variants. Carbon Health has therefore implemented a requirement that all employees be fully vaccinated. The Paid Search Manager will focus on creating campaigns and optimization mainly through the Google Ads platform and on platforms such as Bing and Apple. Many tasks will involve rolling out hundreds of new landing pages with specific keyword and ad copy needs, watching the new campaigns perform, and then making adjustments based on wins or sub-performance needs.
Campaign Creation: Launch new campaigns for new clinics, specific conditions or acute care reasons, virtual online services, and general patient acquisition.
Campaign structure based on budgeting and regional allowance, and KPI goals
- Ad Copywriting based on regional compliance, serviceability, and specificity of the landing pages’ goal. I.e., in-clinic or virtual booking through the website
- Ad Group structure that segments keywords in relevant and performance related to ad relevance, quality scores, and thus favorable CPCsAlgorithm testing with a healthy amount of skepticism of Google algorithms about CPCs necessary and hitting target CPA
Campaign Optimization: Review ongoing campaign performance about CPAs, conversion volume, conversion volume type, and keyword/service line demand. Then, adjust CPA efficiency or conversion volume growth if target CPAs are maintained.
-Search query breakouts. Creating new ad groups based on the grouping of keywords
-Search query pruning. Removal of queries that show no performance or value
-Testing additional keywords: broad, phrase, and exact
-Ad copy testing, ad extension testing, and another extension testing
-Location modification based on possible scale or efficiency needs
-Bidding testing: Algorithmic vs. manual
-Budget adjustments to keep on goal pacing or financial caps
-Landing page testing or adjustments. Will work with team members to improve landing page call-to-actions or user direction to improve onsite conversion rates.
