Job Description

Telesales Representative Requirements :

- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.

- You are primarily responsible for Telesales for Capturing WOW in which you will be calling photographers, filmmakers to convert them for our master classes, summits, events, School etc. as and when necessary. However, you will also be responsible for doing telesales for other products or services related to our sister concern.

- Calling brands/Institutes/Colleges for collaboration or tie-ups.

Data Mining : Preparing the database through details collected from different social media platforms. Good communication skills. Creative thinking skills.

- Conversation with 100 people a day (does not include short conversation like call me later etc.)

- Following up with people after set intervals.

- After the conversation is over, send a WhatsApp messages (Thank You Message and Registration Link) to the person you are speaking to.

- Sending regular promotional WhatsApp messages in a prescribed format to your regular set of clients on a regular basis.

- Calling/sending emails to prospects.

- You need to inform and collect a new database in advance if your current data is over ( at least 1 day prior). The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.

- The overall target is to drive sales. 

- Good sales ability.

- Sharing the required reports as and when necessary.

- Providing After Sales Support - e.g. if they need any information, get the information from management and provide it to prospects, handling their payments.
