Responsibilities

 Develop, Design, Test and Implement complex Database Stored Procedures, Functions,
Packages, Views, Cursors, Triggers, Queries etc.
 Ensure that database programs are in compliance with Vitech standards.
 Evaluation of new and upcoming technologies.
 Providing technical assistance, problem resolution and troubleshooting support.

Requirements

 Minimum 4-8 years of Oracle development experience.
 Should have In depth Knowledge and Experience in Oracle SQL and Pl/SQL.
 Strong command in Development, Design, Test and Implement complex Oracle Database
Stored Procedures, Functions, Packages, Views, Cursors, Triggers, Queries etc.
 Proficiency in analyzing and translating business requirements to technical requirements.
 Good on writing and understanding complex SQL statements.
 Require Strong debugging /problem analyzing skills.
 Should have good knowledge on Collections Objects and Advance PL-SQL Concepts.
 Experience in Tuning Oracle queries for Performance.
 Knowledge of DBA/Postgres/Unix shell scripting is a Plus.
 Should have strong Communication and Interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and dead lines with minimal support.
 Work independently in the development, testing, implementation and maintenance of systems
of moderate size/complexity with a fast turn-around.
 Should be a Self-Motivator, Quick Learner and good Team player.
 Zeal to learn New Technologies and undertake challenging tasks.
