Role in Nutshell:
Product Strategy team is responsible for identifying short-term & long-term opportunities across developer markets & product lines to accelerate Browserstack’s revenue growth & to develop the vision for Browserstack with a strong strategy plan & hypotheses backed by data. Reporting to Senior Director, Product Strategy, this individual will work closely with other Product, Marketing & Sales Heads.

Desired experience:
The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years’ experience with at least 7+ years’ experience in management consulting and/or product strategy.

Has superior strategic, analytic, and problem-solving skills, and is capable of clearly communicating a long-term vision across the company and clients.

Is integrated into the developer or saas market eco-system stays current on competitive and market trends, and brings those insights to inform Product strategy

Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence. Must be disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels and a global matrixed organization

Exhibit relevant and consistent leadership behaviors in team management, customer communications, and internal interactions with peers, senior management, clients, and third-party vendors.

Ability to structure, manage, and coordinate multiple complex cross-functional projects and processes with multiple stakeholders at both senior and junior levels

What will you do?

Build a long-term view of emerging technologies & markets in the developer ecosystem based on in-depth research, identify Browserstack's role in it, with the intent of building Browserstack's long-term product strategy around those vectors

Lead key select projects or major workstreams related to Browsertsack’s overall product strategy to ultimately drive recommendations to the Executive Committee

Identify, prioritize, structure, and manage complex issues that drive product priorities and demonstrate bottom-line results including long-term monetization and commercialization strategies

Developing scalable how-to-win (how do we capture the market) strategies & frameworks for application across products, channels, monetization & market fits that can be applied to products

Play the role of senior project/program manager on strategic or cross-regional projects, and bring timely and useful insight, perspective, and analytical support

Work with limited direction, usually within a complex and often ambiguous environment, to drive rigorous, fact-based recommendations to executives, functional, or regional management

Help with the in-depth product due diligence & integration plan in cases of acquisition opportunities
