Brand Catapult, a marketing and advertising company, is seeking a talented 3D Animator/Motion Graphic Designer to join our team. As part of our creative team, you will be responsible for creating engaging animations and motion graphics that bring our clients' brands and messaging to life. As a successful candidate, you will possess a strong understanding of 3D animation and motion graphics software, and have the ability to conceptualize, develop and implement high quality visual content.

Responsibilities:

• Create 3D animation and motion graphics for a variety of multimedia projects including video and digital content.
• Develop visually stunning content that accurately represents client brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with creative team members to ensure consistency in visual messages and storytelling.
• Develop new ideas and techniques to enhance the visual impact of animations and motion graphics.
• Ensure all work is completed within established timelines and budgets.
• Effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to work on individual projects, or as part of a team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies and techniques in the field of 3D animation and motion graphics.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in graphic design, animation or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in 3D animation and motion graphics.
• Proficient in industry-standard software, including but not limited to, Maya, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of motion graphics principles and techniques.
• Excellent creative and visual design skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
