Job Description
HR Business Partner - Software & Digital Solutions (SDS)
For supporting BGSW's Software & Digital Services (SDS) business, We are looking for a HR business partner who has hands-on experience in Business Partnering & Employee engagement with Technical Talent
Roles and Responsibilities would encompass:
Formulate people agenda for respective teams and closely work with business to drive positive business outcomes.
Anchor Employee Engagement for different cohorts with special focus on retention of Top Talent
Drive Talent & Performance Management processes as per agreed timelines
Strategic workforce Planning - Co-ordinate with department heads and sourcing team to plan and forecast headcount for the business area in line with budgeted headcount. Work closely with the TA team to drive hiring and ensure manpower requirements are met as per Plan.
To be an internal consultant in influencing, identifying and maximizing opportunities to improve potential capability of Technical teams, enabling them to exceed the key business challenges
Consult with stakeholders and execute HR interventions
Ability to analyse different data sets, provides actionable insights and enables decision making
Work closely with management and employees to address people issues
Suggest new HR initiatives depending on the business requirement
Acting as a Change agent in managing organizational change and ensure continuous improvement in quality and value of HR service
Qualifications
Experience 5-8 years as an HRBP (preferably with Sales, Pre-sales and Delivery teams in IT Services, Product, Digital Companies), should have worked with IT teams in different geographies
Full-time MBA/ PGDBM in HR from a notable institute
Proficiency in MS office: PowerPoint, XL (Macros)
Good to have: Working knowledge of HR analytics tools
Good knowledge of Talent & Performance Management concepts, practices & trends
