1. 1-3 years of experience in Business Development

2. Good written & verbal Communication skills

3. Knowledge and experience of selling Digital Marketing & Web Solutions 

- Building relationships with international customers on Phone, and Email

4. Follow-up and closure

5. Target Oriented

6. Experience in proposal creation, managing the sales pipeline, promotions, and meeting and exceeding targets.

7. Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.

8. Familiarity with Technical tools would be a plus.

9. Online bidding on various platforms (Upwork, freelancer, Web Guru, Odesk, Elance, etc)

10. Handling pre-sales and post-sales project

11. Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.

12. Sound knowledge of IT Terminologies
