What you will do:
Mentor the team.
Produce well-designed, testable, efficient, and fully functional code.
Ensure quality in the development of defined processes.
Drive feature/product release.
Work with product managers to understand requirements.
Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.
Develop and review the SDS document.
Guide junior members of the team for quality design and coding practices.
Do Code review and peer review.
Take ownership of the quality and usability of your code.

What makes you a great fit:
3-5 years of experience as a software engineer.
Proficiency with Programming Languages especially in Javascript (Reactjs & Nodejs Frameworks).
Proficiency with database technology such as SQL and No-SQL (MongoDB).
Strong grasp of security principles in Client-Server architecture.
Familiarity with Cloud Infrastructure.
Familiarity with at least a couple of JavaScript frameworks such as Angularjs, Vuejs, etc will be helpful.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Good verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent understanding of software design and programming principles.
Good problem-solving skills.
Candidates from a medical industry background are a plus.
