We are hiring a customer success representative for our Property Management Company . You will be working alongside a team working to support our clients in a timely and efficient manner. You will have clear support goals and report to the client success manager who sets goals with you.
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
- Communicating with customers through various channels.
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
- Processing applications, and requests.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Clear English Communication Written and Spoken
- Experience working in a High Volume Customer Service environment
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
