Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - On boarding activities – end to end process management ensuring seamless functioning • Responsible for creating overall employee onboarding experience • Responsible for Day 0” allocation of o IT assets digital ID cards Bank account and work station to all new joiners. o Employee ID Email creation ESS activation and Personnel file creation and completion. o Employee file digitization • Provide efficient MIS reports Dash Boards and presentations to Business and HR for decision making. • Responsible for all Regional / Senior level on boarding formalities. • Managing the Background Verification Process • Conducting HR audits for all HR team for policies and process including TATs and time to time reports to the management. • Ensuring SOPs are updated as per the current process • Building process notes for the activities performed day to day • Performing Back-up activities whenever required. • Managing entire DMS Process conducting day 2 session for Post Joining Documents Required skills sets • Solution oriented individual with a bend for automation • Self-motivated individual with ability to learn and build on the process adherence • Possess an eye for detail and ability to multitask and deliver within timelines • Must be able to understand the impact of own processes on other cross functions and teams • Should be able to synchronize well within and outside team for better coordination
Required Qualifications and Experience
* • MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Human Resource Management or Post Graduate OR• Graduate / Post Graduate with at least 2 years of relevant core domain expertise in On boarding, HR Operations, Recruitment Operations etc.
