Understand Vertical Head’s requirement of data and identify sources from where data can be obtained or extracted.
Create and manage various databases to provide relevant cuts in a timely manner for them to take decisions.
Prepare daily performance reports for channel, Zone, IMD and Employee level for monitoring performance.
Monitoring of Hygiene Factors – PDA, NCB, Agent and Notional Float
Manage Broker Pay-out queries
Query Resolution of Employees and IMD’s
Support to entire team for any queries regarding business and process etc. Coordination with Internal Teams to facilitate Marketing team
Timely resolution of all queries received by assisting them and co-ordinating with concerned team/person.
Providing relevant data requirement by internal teams or channels in timely manner.
New Agent, Employee and Existing Employees/IMD Induction and Training management –
Training and Engagement of Brokers and Employees for enhancement of business
Activities for Agent and Employee engagement monthly when required
Facilitating with training team for proper training to everyone.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to resolve cases or issues of employees/IMD’s seamlessly
Study recurring cases and prepare solution for future efficient query management
Communicate proactively potential issues with the sales team to effectively manage intermediary expectation due to change in business plan
R&R: Campaign management support
Prepare and Launch club memberships, profit incentive, Yearly/Quarterly campaign as required.
Co-ordination with central team for MIS and Result purposes. Building capability on app.
Timely distribution of award post result declaration in co-ordination with central team
Co-ordination for the employee programmes for the channel
Preparation of Review and Shareholder’s PPT preparation
AOP/LRP PPT preparation in support with vertical head.
Any other PPT required by channel or centrally as and when required.
