Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.” a. Design, build and run end to end, highly scalable, resilient, secure technology solutions and Proof of concepts (PoC) for internal business needs in any relevant areas including and not limited to mobility, API, edge computing etc. b. Manage chat platform technology deliveries with help of partner as per business needs

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities

• Duties and Responsibilities - • Emerging Tech • Identifying and researching new technologies that have the potential to improve business operations or create new revenue streams. • Design<xqyqz> develop<xqyqz> Implement and rollout solutions within time and budget • Provide technical guidance and partnership in prioritizing needs and scoping out requirements. Evaluate the impact of new systems/ modifications on the existing system and provide appropriate solutions. • Conduct reviews and guide the team to ensure that all production deployments follow the set quality and release management processes. • Track and report project progress<xqyqz> review accomplishment of milestones and highlight any risks<xqyqz> along with mitigation plans. • Provide guidance to the team on all aspects of projects. Ensure that risks are covered and that timelines are met. • Interface with other teams for integration of mobile SDK and backend integrations. • Work with infra team to get desired configuration done for various initiatives undertaken

Required Qualifications and Experience

•  Qualifications  Minimum Qualification: Graduate/ Post-graduate in Engineering  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field  2+ years of experience in Java development, with a focus on the Spring Boot framework  Strong understanding of Java programming concepts, OOP principles, and software design patterns  Experience with RESTful API development and database integration (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, etc.)  Experience with unit and integration testing  Strong communication and collaboration skills  Experience with agile software development methodologies  Familiarity with cloud technologies (e.g. AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus. a) Work Experience  Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java and the Spring Boot framework  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop high-quality software solutions  Implement RESTful APIs and integrate with databases (e.g. MySQL, Oracle, etc.)  Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, testing plans, and deployment procedures  Debug and fix issues in a timely manner to ensure application stability and performance  Participate in code and design reviews to maintain high-quality software standards  Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the Java and Spring Boot ecosystem
