MIS & Reporting
Plan frequency of reports, consumer of reports & formats of report.
Review the reports for veracity randomly & suggest corrections for deviations.
Comprehend customize manpower report requirement by stakeholders (NHOD, zonal heads, vertical heads). Align team members to understand the requirement & review the reports / dashboards before it gets published with targeted stakeholder.
AOP / Budgeting & Shareholder Review Presentation
Provide manpower related data support to NHOD for Budgeting / share holder reviews w.r.t function manpower
Assist NHOD in analyzing manpower data points to be incorporated in AOP/Budgeting & share holder review presentations.
