This role will support teams within the Networks and Digital unit, which is newly created and going through an exciting period of transformation in order to accelerate BT’s digital growth – the HR team play a critical role in enabling this transformation.
As part of the Technology Units HR team the HR professional wil closely work with Sr. HRBP in the delivery of an integrated, and solution focussed, people plan to support the overall business unit ambitions. He/she will work brilliantly with Global business partners and the Centres of Expertise (CoE’s) to deliver HR strategy, policy and process.
Key activities the role holder will be involved in: delivery of the unit people strategy, change and operations agendas to help develop the right culture, operating model, leadership strength, size, shape, capacity and technical capability. Emphasis on end to end recruitment & retention, underpinned by the strategic workforce plan will be critical.
