Timings:- 1 pm - 10 pm

5 days working fixed Sat-Sun off

Job Description: End-to-End Recruitment-

• Understanding the client's requirements.
• Searching for the right resume from the portal as per the requirement.
• Should have knowledge of Job Portals
• Interviewing candidates and preparing their profiles to be presented to the clients.
• Scheduling the interviews with the client and finally closing the position
• Maintaining Candidate MIS (Candidate details, tracking sheet, etc.).
• Coordinating with both candidate and client for arranging the final interview and ensuring it is possible.
• Scheduling interviews with the client through mail as well as through phone for confirmation.

Candidate's Desired Profile:

• Minimum 1-year experience in Recruitment.
• Experience in Europe hiring
• Should have good knowledge & understanding of the Recruitment process.
• Experience working on the LinkedIn portal would be an additional advantage.
• Should have excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Candidates with experience in UK/Europe hiring are a plus.
