What do we need from our Inside Sales Interns?

- Inside Sales Intern acts as the first interface of Brick&Bolt. Customer Analysis and move leads (service request) forward in the conversion pipeline.

- Owning and hitting/exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets within assigned leads.

- Customer Engagement and Operations - Manages leads (Service Requests) and makes sure that customers are engaged throughout the sales life cycle.

- Process Oriented - Data-centric in approach and come up with smart & efficient processes for amazing customer experience.

- Tracking - Tracks each opportunity/lead (service request) and makes sure that the related tasks are accomplished on time.

- Amazing communication skills in English, Kannada/Telugu/Tamil/ Marathi/ Hindi
