RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure a smooth recruitment process for the clients and coordinate with teams and the client to get maximum revenue out of the engagement ensuring timely updates to stakeholders.
To achieve monthly onboarding targets for the region & ensuring proper KYC procedures for allowed for smooth onboarding of client/clients. Handling Migrations; Proposing & convincing clients/customer’s for transferring current manpower payrolls with Aasaanjob’s on advising the benefits of our offered solutions which are under the other vendor payroll or clients in Corporates, SMEs and Start-ups, etc.
Liaisoning and sharing association agreements and LOLOIsith clients and filing these before commencing servicing teams promptly.
To maintain & promote healthy communication between Ops & Sales teams. Facilitate closed deals with the Aasaanjobs Client Servicing Team and ensure complete knowledge transfer and successful delivery.
Billing / Collection - To ensure timely invoicing and collection of billables. Tracking of invoices getting cleared to accomplish revenue targets.
