Job Description

We are looking for a full-stack lead who will be responsible for handling a team of approximately 10+ developers on a large-scale project. You will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and scaling the backend services to support the client's products and services. Your expertise in software development, technical leadership, and project management will be essential in guiding the team towards success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience of 5+ years in Full Stack development (Backend heavy)
• Backend Tech Stack: Nodejs, Nest Js and Loopback
• Front End Tech Stack: Angular & React
• Database: Postgresql
• Must have experience with AWS and deployment.
• Previous experience in a technical leadership role, guiding and mentoring other engineers.
• Solid understanding of security principles and best practices in software development.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically in complex technical scenarios.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
