Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Review and complete task assigned in the workflow management system
• Review and complete tasks assigned in the exceptions Queue
• Work on General Mailbox
• To meet daily and weekly individual targets as defined by the Team Leader / Management
• Deliver high quality and high productivity in line with SLAs defined
• Read, interpret, and comprehend documents received from a variety of sources
• Follow instructions when processing items efficiently and in a timely manner in accordance with established policies and procedures
• Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner ensuring quality standards are considered
• Keep his / her Team Leader updated on key issues and challenges
• Update daily report with accuracy
• Manage work quality and error management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills
• Good organizational skills
• Ability to work on tight timelines
• Ability to prepare/analyse comprehensive reports as & when required
• Basic English comprehension
• Working knowledge of MS Office and emails
