We are building an end-to-end SaaS platform with a deep-tech core that analyses geospatial imagery, enabling us to provide a suite of software solutions for our clientele.
Position Description :
- Attentive is looking for a full time Growth Marketer to drive performance marketing led customer acquisition for its B2B SaaS platform. We are looking for creative and experienced B2B marketers with past experience of running performance marketing campaigns and who are now looking to work on building the performance marketing playbook for a new and underserved market segment. The candidate will have the unique opportunity to drive disruption for 200k US based businesses with an innovative SaaS offering.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Create and execute demand generation campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads etc.
- Along with display ad campaigns, remarketing campaigns and other performance marketing channels.
- Create and execute bulk email campaigns and ABM campaigns to support other paid Ads channels.
- Own execution, and delivery for campaigns and projects.
- Drive customer acquisition and ROI through continuous optimisation, testing, and experimenting with ad creative work, bid strategies, audience targeting, and placements.
- Continuously improve by capturing and analysing the appropriate data/metrics, insights, and best practices across digital marketing campaigns, and then acting on the information to meet marketing goals.
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal content and design teams to create landing pages, Ads graphics and optimize the user experience, at same time ensuring all development is on time and on budget.
- Meet and exceed assigned performance marketing targets.
- Analyse data to determine campaign effectiveness and provide suggestions on how to optimize campaigns for maximum performance in a given budget.
- Own dashboards to track conversions, marketing spend, CAC and other key metrics.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 2+ years B2B SaaS/Software marketing experience (SaaS Preferred), with experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google, LinkedIn Facebook and Instagram.
- You must be fluent with data, metrics, measurement, and analytics. Good understanding of experimentation, A/B testing, and incrementality.
- Experience in owning & exceeding performance marketing targets.
- Experience in marketing to small and midsize companies / US based companies is a plus.
- Experience with marketing automation, analytics and marketing management tools e.g. HubSpot is a plus.
- Ability to think creatively, write clearly and communicate complex ideas in simple terms.
- Demonstrable ability to create excitement, both internally (within the organization) and externally (audience/customers).
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
