What this Job Entails:
The Operations Analyst I will support the core business processes required to effectively run business operations. The Analyst serves as a conduit between internal corporate departments and within the IT program itself. The ideal candidate has a point of view regarding how IT business operation practices can enable a nimble, cost effective operating model to fuel the long-term success of the program.

Applies company policies and procedures to resolve routine issues
Works on problems of limited scope
Receives detailed instructions
Your Roles and Responsibilities:
Assist with driving day-to-day business operations with corresponding metrics, evaluating actual performance and providing timely reporting to leadership team
Helps to prepare, review, and consolidate IT plans, budgets and forecasts in conjunction with Corporate Finance
Assists with communicating meaningful metrics and other internal program data elements
Helps in maintaining the process for IT quarterly and annual planning cycles
Works closely with HR and Finance partners
Assist in analysis and documentation for Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Helps to highlight business risks, and helps with solutions to issues, and track actions to closure
Helps represent the program on cross-business topics and special projects
Assists in providing recommendations to drive cost down across the program based on internal and external benchmarks
Helps identify resource demand trends to support the business efforts
Reviews time & attendance and expense adherence within the IT Program

Required Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 0 to 2 years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Builds stable working relationships internally
Follows standard practice and procedures when analyzing situations or data
Knowledge of business principles from multiple disciplines and ability to apply those principles to achieve results in cross-functional activities
Knowledge of time reporting platforms
Ability to learn new technologies
Knowledge of labor rate calculation and connection to finance allocations
Excellent cross-group collaboration skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to work with sensitive information
Must be self-motivated
Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
Proficiency in Google docs,sheets, Slides and/or Microsoft Office products including Outlook, Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Physical Demand & Work Environment:
Must have the ability to perform office-related tasks which may include prolonged sitting or standing
Must have the ability to move from place to place within an office environment
Must be able to use a computer
Must have the ability to communicate effectively
