As our Visual Designer Extraordinaire, you'll be in charge of crafting visual magic that speaks to our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Design Whiz: Create eye-catching graphics for marketing materials like brochures, banners, flyers, digital ads, social media creatives, etc.
• Brand Guru: Make sure our brand looks sharp and unforgettable.
• Ad Dynamo: Team up with our marketing squad to conceptualize and design attention-grabbing campaigns, both online and offline.
• Word Wizard: Craft compelling copy to go with your visual designs, telling the world why our real estate offerings are amazing.
• Web Wiz: Design user-friendly, stunning websites that keep visitors glued.
• Motion Master: Bring static images to life with your motion graphics.
• Video Virtuoso: Edit and enhance videos and reels to make them pop, telling our real estate stories in style.
• Stay Cool: Keep up with design trends so we stay ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Visual Communications Designer or Graphic Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design work.
• Proficiency in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling and concise messaging.
• Experience in motion graphics and video editing is a plus.
• Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency.
