Job Description
This role plays a critical role in helping organizations optimize their sales processes, improve sales performance, and make data-driven decisions to achieve their revenue goals. This role involves analyzing sales data, identifying trends, and providing insights to sales teams and management
Responsibilities:
- Collate, analyze and interpret sales data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Create reports and dashboards to visualize sales performance metrics, conversion rates, and customer behavior.
- Segment customers and create customer profiles to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points.
- Use customer insights to recommend personalized strategies for nurturing and retaining business clients.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
- Identify target markets, customer acquisition channels, and pricing strategies
- Work closely with sales & marketing teams to ensure alignment and integration of sales-related initiatives with overall business goals
- Track the impact of implemented changes and adjustments, and adjust strategies as needed
Requirements:
- A Master's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred with 2 to 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and process improvement.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
