Job description

- Keeping track of all Sales Orders Execution of all Exports Orders so that there should not be any delay for dispatch.

- Field Sales force administration & MIS

- Maintaining customer database MIS & reports

- Maintaining Excel reports on sales force & client turnover performance

- Keeping track of the Sales Managers appointments, client meetings & visits on daily basis

- Proven experience as a sales coordinator or in other Sales administrative positions will be considered.

- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information

- Follow up with factory / logistics team for dispatch & on time delivery

- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested

- Monitor the teams progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements

- Compulsory good computer skills (MS Office)

- Proficiency in English in drafting letters & emails.

- Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
