Designation : Executive -Retail Sales

Responsibilities :
- Welcome & direct customers.
- Provide accurate information on our Product (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services).
- Answer customers' questions about specific products/services.
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing.
- Cross-sell products within the store
- Ensure the display & VM are fully stocked.
- Manage returns of merchandise.
- Service our Loyalty Program Clients.
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager.
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services.
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Reach agreed-upon sales targets by the deadline.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints.
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments.
- Create sales material to present to customers.
- Sell Products by establishing contacts & developing relationships with clients.
- Responsible for all point of sales activities in the showroom.
Skills Required : Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in only in this field.
