Job Description :
- Create exclusive distributors and business associates for the company towards business growth
- Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections
- Approaching potential leads and close them within a stipulated time frame
- Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships
- Preparing financial projections and sales targets
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
- Training personnel and helping team members in developing their skills
- Identifying private/public landlords and retail partners
- Developing, maintaining, and growing relationships with existing tenants.
- Regularly canvassing the trade area to identify new tenant/partner opportunities, networking with local small businesses & entrepreneurs, and attending relevant trade shows and events to expand the business.
