- Digital Marketer/ Manager: Plan, Execute, and Measure creative growth strategies to increase follower base and conversions.
- Managed SM, SEO and the CPC's of the digital world
Personal Care /Beauty/FMCG/ Internet/Retail
- Drive customer acquisition strategies across the full funnel.
- Be able to operate and deliver in a revenue-target based organisation.
- Be able to manage revenue side of P&L completely.
- Manage strategic and creative development of digital marketing programs, media planning, and implementation of our digital advertising and direct response initiatives for our D2C business.
- Lead reporting and analytics across all channels and own the performance of all relevant KPI's (LTV, CAC, contribution margin, channel ROAS targets, retention cohorts, customer churn feedback, etc.)
- Manage and oversee outside agency partners to optimize and expand upon existing campaigns.
- Continually tweak and optimize campaign creative, copy and audiences to ensure campaigns do not create fatigue and are reaching the most efficient audiences.
- Synthesize and share campaign results and best practices within Best Life.
- An MBA from Top 10 B-School such as IIM, ISB but not a must.
Proven competence in managing Digital Marketing Spends
- Prior work experience in digital marketing, with demonstrated expertise in areas mentioned below-
- Strong creativity and ability to create innovative campaigns
- Ability to think analytically and take a data-driven approach
