Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Test Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in performance testing, with relevant experience in Python and Locust. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing performance test plans, identifying bottlenecks, and providing recommendations for performance improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with development teams to understand performance testing requirements
• Design and develop performance test plans using tools such as Python and Locust
• Execute performance tests and analyze results to identify bottlenecks and potential performance issues
• Provide recommendations for performance improvements based on test results
• Monitor system performance during load tests and identify potential issues
• Collaborate with development teams to implement performance improvements
• Create performance test reports and present findings to management and stakeholders
• Stay up to date with the latest performance testing tools and techniques

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 8 years of experience in performance testing
• Relevant experience in Python and Locust
• Strong experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter or Gatling
• Experience with performance monitoring and analysis tools such as New Relic or Dynatrace
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience working in an Agile development environment
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
