YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Service Specialist

• Promptly and professionally respond to incoming phone calls, emails, and live chats concerning all customer service-related inquiries with the goal of providing an exceptional customer experience.
• Ability to de-escalate and handle difficult customers through empathy, clear communication, customer service skills and facts.
• Process and track customer returns and claims
• Follow up on existing issues and keep customers updated on the status of their orders
• Become an expert on our product

**As a Content Writer (with experience writing using modern A.I. writing tools such as Jasper.ai and Chat GPT)

• Support the team in developing and implementing an aggressive link-building campaign.
• Write and maintain content for onsite and backlink SEO efforts as needed
• Proofread and edit blog posts/articles/contents before publication
• Update website content/blog post as needed
• HARO tasks

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Customer service experience
• Good command of English (MUST)
• This is a full-time role - you should have no other conflicting obligations.
• Must be able to work full-time during Canada Business Hours.
• Home-office required with reliable high-speed internet and noise-cancelling headset/microphone
• Ability to communicate well and thrive in an all-remote setting.
• Strong background in the e-Commerce industry and familiar with Shopify and different marketplaces (Amazon, BestBuy, Staples...)
• Knowledge of Email marketing platforms is a PLUS and social media management (nice to have).

Eventually, he/she will be taking up some tasks in social media management and email campaign.

Training will be provided and the applicant must be able to work 40 hours a week.
