Anthology is looking for a qualified candidate to assist our Cloud Services team, which is responsible for delivering high-availability Software-as-a-Service solutions to our customer base. The candidate will work in a Product deployment on a variety of environments like On-prem, cloud (Azure), and cloud IaaS infrastructures. The ideal candidate should be able to perform the Deployment of CNS suite of products and troubleshooting of environmental issues related to deployment within the Cloud and On-prem infrastructure.
Primary responsibilities will include:
Nexus CNS suite of Product upgrade/installation
Troubleshooting and fixing system related issues
Troubleshooting and fixing post upgrade system and application issues
Deploying Nexus suite of products on on-prem, hosted, and Azure
Creating customer-based checklists to create upgrade manual tweak history
Process compliance
Ensuring all processes are fully documented
Ensuring all deployment changes are documented and reviewed/certified
Any issue found during deployment will drive the generation of a ServiceDesk INCIDENT
Quality Compliance
Customer information reviewed/corrected in the respective tools
Customer upgrade requests are reviewed and updated to the latest patch version of the request
Working under supervision of a manager and within defined guidelines and procedures
Collaborating with the clients and/or other members of the team
The Candidate:
Required skills/qualifications:
2-3 years of relevant experience in Systems Management/Application Support/Infrastructure Monitoring and Management
Microsoft Azure pipeline and deployments
MS Windows 2012/2016 and SQL Server basic DBA skills
Experience installing and configuring IIS 7.0 and higher
Experience manually creating websites and application pools in IIS
Basic Citrix XenApp Server skills (publish app and maintenance)
Knowledge of File and Printer servers
Hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP
Knowledge of Computer networking concepts
Knowledge of cloud solutions (Azure)
Ability to handle basic SQL DBA activities like backup, restore, and managing securities
Ability to work collaboratively with guidance from senior staff members to escalate issues to the technical teams
Team player with attitude to learn

Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle critical issues in a large-scale enterprise environment and determine the best course of action for escalations
Organized to plan work and follow a plan accurately
Ability to gain expertise in diverse technology areas
Willingness to work in shifts including night shifts
Willingness to work 5 days per week including potential weekends
System Performance troubleshooting and diagnostics
Login Scripts and Batch File creation and administration
Publish Applications and Administration
Experience configuring and troubleshooting Citrix IMA Service
Experience with Cloud deployments
Knowledge of Azure concepts
Preferred skills/qualifications:
BE in IT or Any degree with technology with Wintel aspirations
