Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Generate new sales by creating a portfolio of Dairy SMEs client accounts whose turnover is more than 50Cr a year and managing existing sales networks.
• Acquire a thorough understanding of Dairy and their needs and requirements.
• Achieve company growth by doing target-driven sales.
• Able to contribute to top-line metrics.
• Focus on achieving strategic goals and initiatives through the execution of sales programs and initiatives.
• Act as the point of contact and handle customers- individual needs.
• Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
• Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
• Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
• Monitor sales metrics (e. g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
• Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

• 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales account manager with (dairy domain preferred).
• Preferred experience in relevant industries like cattle feed/seeds, fertilizers, or farming equipment.
• Someone who can handle a revenue pipeline of 5cr a year.
• Strong understanding and knowledge of sales performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude.
• Ability to understand client needs and demonstrate the impact and value of products and services.
• Hustler and Go-getting Attitude.
• Strong work ethic.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
