In America, 85% of the population can't qualify for a conventional loan for several reasons, they don't have perfect credit, a large down payment, and or can't prove employment status. Our passion is to help these families to acquire their homes. 

We are looking for an experience sales person, creative, accountable, and self driven person to:

• Sell newly acquired properties;
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients;
• Increasing client base (both inbound and outbound lead generation);
• Team player and flexible (you may be required to do other administration tasks other than sales only)
• Internet-savvy and proficient with Facebook market place.

We are looking for a sales person who has:

• Strong negotiation skills, persistence, and resilience;
• A positive attitude with a desire to constantly improve;
• Highly organized with strong time management skills;

MUST HAVE:

• Fluent in English and Spanish;
• You must have your own computer;
• Facebook market place experience (it's a plus if you already have more than one account);
• Even thought this is a 100% remote position, we require the working hours to be 9 to 6 central time, some weekend my be required.
