Alphayaan India Pvt Ltd looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Social Media Manager to join our dream team!
As a social media executive, you will be responsible for driving and managing social media strategies.
Your role in this position will be to drive the growth and success of the brand.
Responsibilities:
- Manage social media accounts on Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Quora.
IMPORTANT: If you're really good at creating highly engaging content on LinkedIn and Quora, you'll be given priority.
- Create and post on social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, Pinterest, etc using brand artwork and logo designs, the post should be unique and eye-catching.
- Proficient in Canva and social media automation apps.
- Increase social media presence and traffic.
- Research and write scripts for videos.
- Coordination with video editors to create valuable content.
- Work with marketing professionals to develop social media strategies and campaigns and help in leads & Sales Generation.
- Outreach with prospects and other stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
- Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy and identify strategic weaknesses for making improvement recommendations.
- Research social media trends and inform management of changes relevant to the brand’s activities.
- Setting key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media campaigns.
- Experience in content management.
- Experience in running paid ads and campaigns across all social media platforms.
Skills and Qualifications
- Must have 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in social media marketing.
- Certification in Digital Marketing/social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Hindi).
- Proven experience in creating content for social media this is engaging.
- Must be able to join immediately.

Supplemental Pay:
- Quarterly bonus
- Performance-based Bonus after evaluating outstanding projects or high-quality work performances.
Schedule:
- Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturday)
COVID-19 considerations:
The job is currently remote, and the company office will be reopened as per official guidelines.
Advance notices will be presented to employees before the resumption of work from the office.
Process of screening at Alphayaan India :
We screen candidates in three stages to select right one for us.
Our evaluation process is all about evaluating the right resource from different perspectives.
Here are the details of each evaluation stage –
Stage #1 – You'll be contacted via phone for a brief phone interview and asked to provide your best work (for verification)
Stage #2 – Based on the skill set, we will ask you to complete an assignment in a defined time period. (only for selected candidates)
Stage #3 – Interview with the management via Zoom Call.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
