Alamo Drafthouse is seeking an experienced Special Event Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to play an influential role on the Alamo Drafthouse Special Events team. This position will create and develop the special event activations to the venues for Movie Parties, Feasts, Q&As, Bar Programming and all special events hosted by our Alamo locations open to the general public on and off-site. These events will also include Rolling Roadshow and Film Festivals. The Special Event Manager will collaborate with multiple departments including training, operations, culinary and marketing to uplift the brand through organizational and communication skills. This position will work closely with our operations team to help set our teams up for success throughout the rollout and execution of events.
