Junior Java Developer - 1 year to 3 years

Experienced Java Developer to join Aequalis in our Chennai tech hub as part of a young and energetic team building Java APIs.

What were looking for:

• End-to-end software development lifecycle in Java
• Good experience of using Spring 4/5 and microservices development (including knowledge across Core Spring Framework, Spring Boot)
• Good Experience in Java 8 (Java 11 preferred) Spring boot & Hibernate
• Deep understanding of the importance of code quality and the tools that can help the development communities monitor and maintain quality (e.g. SonarQube)
• Java based frameworks (e.g. Spring, Hibernate, etc)
• Experience in developing Microservices
• Exposure / hands on with jHipster is a great added advantage.
• Good knowledge in AWS, Docker, Kubernetnes .
• Good Command in English both written and verbal.
• Good at problem solving and team work, coding standard and knowledge in Database.
• Ability to understand problems and analytical skill.
• Good in debugging, fast learner and willing to learn new technology more.
