Key Responsibilities :

- Answering customer queries/concerns and supporting customers about answering their product and service-related questions.

- Maintains customer records by updating query/concern related information in the CRM tool.

- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's the complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, following up to ensure resolution.

- Coordination with different brands and corporations for conducting an event
