Job Description

Selected interns day to day work include :

1. Provide product and service information to customers

2. Complete call logs and reports

3. The Candidate Should Be Able to Take Up Client Calls and Respond to the Client Queries

4. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors

5. Research required information using available resources

6. Document all call information according to standard operating procedures

7. Escalating customer feedback as required

8. Business Development Activities lead generation through Email, calling and meeting and conducting online demos & generating business

9. Analyze Potential Markets

10. Resolving customer inquiries and requests and ensuring strong customer satisfaction
