Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Planning, budgeting & forecasting

Preparing P&L partnerwise on monthly basis

Performing reconciliations

Assisting in Financial DD, statutory, internal audit

Develop a framework and provide guidance on planning, budgeting, and forecasting to various functions and ensure adherence to corporate guidelines

Facilitate/assist in the preparation of long-range plans, budgeting, and forecasting - which are in line with the strategic goals/vision of the company

Consolidate and monitor annual budgets and forecasts received from various Functions and SBU Heads

Historical trend analysis of capital and operating expenditures for budget creation and decision support

Validate scenario analysis/simulations / 'what if' analysis prepared by Functional Heads / SBU Heads

Develop budgeting and forecasting modeling templates Management Reporting

Prepare and monitor various MIS reports pertaining to the FP&A team - revenue, cost, performance, and dimensional profitability

Provide commentary for budget vs. actual result variations

Support for board/ investor presentations Analytics

Continuously monitor leading and lagging indicators to actively support decision making

Analyze key business drivers, benchmark with competition and provide actionable insights to the management

Develop dashboards for management reporting/ finance analytics. Partner with IT team to digitalize reporting formats

Cost and expense control

Financial expense control - Monitor cost variance between actuals vs. budget vs. budget on actuals Provide in-house training to team members to facilitate the development of requisite skill sets

Education & Skills :

MBA/Qualified CA with 2+ or more years of post-qualification experience

In-depth knowledge of reconciliation, planning, budgeting & forecasting

Experience developing financial reports and metrics

Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels

Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment

Note- Immediate Joiner's will be preferred for this position
