Key Responsibilities : 1 Support Rockwell Production Center application as per ITIL standards, Patches and Version upgrade 2 Maintain GxP systems in validated state, according to Computer Systems Validation CSV policy and procedures 3 Provide Incident, Service Request, Problem and Change management for resolution 4 Work on System validation documents like IQ, OQ, Protocol document, Design document and Test summary and ensure system validation compliance 5 Execution of IQ and OQ in TEST and PROD environments

Technical Experience : 1 Coordinate with Business and IS stakeholders in weekly and monthly meetings 2 Work with Product vendor for any product related defects identified 3 Configure L2 adaptors like OPC and PI in L2 interfacing system 4 Identify all technical activities related to MES during Enhancements and Version Upgrade 5 Perform existing software and hardware assessment before version upgrade 6 Troubleshoot Post Go Live issues for resolution
