Business Resiliency Services Team is a one program that oversees all resilience matters, supported by policy across the globe. Response, crisis management and business resilience processes drive preparedness and readiness programs for any kind of business disruptions

JOB SUMMARY
Assist in the maintenance, testing and implementation of the Business Resiliency Program.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the Business Resiliency Services program across business and functions as per the Accenture BCM policy and methodology
• Supports the alignment of new clients and/or services to the business resiliency program
• Liaise with Accenture business projects / functions to provide guidance on the development of business resiliency plans
• Provides input or guidance to the business projects / functions to maintain all business resiliency documentation and processes required
• Provides support to required assessments and tests related to the business resiliency
• Supports BC training and awareness sessions to the business projects / functions
• Provides input or guidance to the business projects / functions during the crisis
• Develops themselves as a subject matter expert to provide support and guidance in development of business resiliency plans
• Tracks compliance to the agreed business resiliency controls through ongoing reviews
• Contribute towards the development of tools, processes, methodology and standardization for the business resiliency program so it remains relevant and compliant with industry standards
• Provides support during the internal and external audits

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Good analytical skills with expertise in MS Excel and PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• 3+ years of experience in business continuity planning
• Candidate with ITES background will be preferred
